Which massage is right for you?

Every massage can be booked as a 60-minute full body treatment or a focused 30 or 45-minute back, neck and shoulder session.

Swedish Massage

Long, flowing strokes at medium pressure to calm the nervous system and ease general tension. The best choice for pure relaxation or a first massage.

Deep Tissue Massage

Slower, firmer pressure that works into tight shoulders, lower backs and legs. Popular with desk workers, runners, cyclists and surfers.

Aromatherapy Massage

A Swedish-style massage using blended essential oils for a deeper sense of calm. Ideal for winding down after a long week.

Couples Massage

Two therapists, two tables, side by side in your own space — for anniversaries, birthdays or simply time together.

Mobile massage questions

How much does a mobile massage cost in Cape Town?

A 60-minute full-body Swedish or deep tissue massage is R650 and aromatherapy is R730. Shorter back, neck and shoulder massages start at R440 for 30 minutes. A call-out fee from R150, based on your suburb, is added to the treatment price. See the full massage price list.

What do I need to have ready at home?

Just a quiet space roughly the size of a small bedroom, with room to walk around a massage table, and a plug point nearby. Your therapist brings the massage table, fresh linen, towels and oils.

What should I wear for an at-home massage?

Wear whatever you're comfortable in. For a full-body massage most clients undress to their comfort level and are covered with towels throughout — only the area being massaged is uncovered. For a back, neck and shoulder massage you only need to remove your top.

Swedish or deep tissue — which should I book?

Choose Swedish if you want to relax and unwind with flowing, medium-pressure strokes. Choose deep tissue if you have specific tight spots, for example from desk work, gym sessions or surfing, and you're happy with firmer, slower pressure. Your therapist will check the pressure with you during the treatment.

Do you offer couples massage at home?

Yes. Two therapists bring two massage tables so you can be treated side by side. Our Couples Remmy Massage package is R1150 for two. Read how an at-home couples massage works.

Can you come to my hotel, Airbnb or office?

Yes. We treat clients at home, in hotels and holiday rentals, and at offices. For a hotel, please check that the room has space for a massage table and let us know about parking or access arrangements. Parking or estate fees are for the client's account.

Can I book a massage if I'm pregnant or have a medical condition?

Please tell us about any medical condition, injury, allergy or pregnancy when you book, so we can advise whether the treatment is suitable and adapt it where needed. If you're unsure, check with your doctor first.

How far in advance should I book?

If you have a specific evening or Saturday in mind, book as early as you can. We work Monday to Friday 08:00–19:00 and Saturdays 09:00–19:00; Sunday bookings are by prior arrangement only. A 50% deposit or full payment secures your slot.
