How to add pampering to your year-end

Lock in your date and venue first. Year-end season is short, so send us your date as soon as it's confirmed.
Decide how long the stations should run. Two to three hours usually gives everyone a chance to visit without queues.
Estimate your numbers. With 5 to 15-minute treatments, one therapist treats roughly four to six guests an hour. For 60 guests over three hours, that's typically three to five therapists.
Choose two or three treatments. Seated massage is the crowd favourite; hand massage and mini manicures are popular with guests who prefer to stay dressed up.
Approve the quote and pay the deposit. A 50% deposit secures your therapists for the day.

Year-end function questions

What can you offer at a year-end function?

Pamper stations that guests can visit during the function: seated head, neck and shoulder massage, hand and foot massage, mini manicures, brow wax and tint and threading. Most treatments last 5 to 15 minutes, so guests can step away from the party, enjoy a treatment and return.

Where can you set up?

At your office, a boardroom, a restaurant or wine-estate venue, a hotel conference room or a private home. We bring portable massage chairs and our equipment; we need a corner with good light and a plug point.

How much does year-end pampering cost?

Corporate and function bookings are charged at a rate per therapist per hour, and after-hours rates differ from business-hours rates. A call-out fee starting from R250 applies. Send us your date, venue, guest numbers and hours for a written quote.

How many guests can be treated?

Because each treatment takes 5 to 15 minutes, one therapist can usually treat around four to six guests an hour. We'll recommend the number of therapists based on your guest list and the length of the function.

When should we book for December?

As early as possible. November and December are peak year-end function season, and your date is only reserved once the quote is accepted and a 50% deposit is paid.

Can we use this as a staff gift instead of a function?
